Hi Derek here,

The only thing that is certain with most of the online mega sites, is that they change things with monotonous regularity.

Most of the time these changes make life more difficult for people engaged in online marketing. So it is with this latest nasty little tweak from Facebook.

Facebook Making Ads Awkward

It used to be really easy to find the ads of your compettion for a little advertising spying and to see what is and isn’t working.

However, with all the hullabaloo about privacy, FB have made a sneaky little change that makes it somewhat more difficult to find a page’s advertisements.

But…being the diligent digial marketer that I am, I wasn’t going to be put off by Facebook’s skullduggery!

So, I set about researching and finding where they had hidden the page ad listings…this is what I found!

And…Making Facebook Ad Research Easy Again

Just when I was giving dear old Facebook a hard time, they release a search function and ad library.

This now makes it sooo easy to use the Facebook ads of your competition for:

Market Research

Competitive Research

Ad modelling

Here;’s a quick video that shows you what you now get in the ads library searcgh function.

If you found this interesting, why not check out my free gift of “The Ten Biggest Mistakes Made When Starting An Online Business“.

You might also like this on Sales Funnels

The post Using Facebook For Ad And Market Research first appeared on Online Marketing Demystified - Case Studies, Tips & Training.
